Amid digital disruption and shifting workforce expectations, our client – a regional European bank – set out to future-proof its leadership bench.
Technical expertise was no longer enough; tomorrow’s leaders would need self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead high-performing teams through ambiguity.
