Our client, a leading motorsport team, was running two cars and two drivers – but operating as two rival camps. With the season in play, the Managing Director brought in O.R.Leadership to rebuild trust and get the team back on track – fast.
We had the talent and the tech - but not the alignment. Driver rivalries were creating silos, stress and communication breakdowns across our trackside teams. We needed a mid-season ‘reset’ to get everyone pulling in the same direction. That’s why we brought in O.R.Leadership.
